Luciana’s recipe for cookies’n’cream cookies (aka cookie recursion)
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | softened butter | |
| 3/4 cup | brown sugar | |
| 1 | large egg | |
| 1 tbsp | vanilla extract | |
| 1 1/4 cups | flour | |
| 1/2 tsp | baking soda | |
| 1/2 tsp | salt | |
| ~12 | oreo cookies, broken up | |
| 1/2 cup | chocolate chips | |
| 1/2 cup | white chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
Mix butter and sugar well, then add egg, then vanilla and mix thoroughly
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt
Fold in the dry ingredients with the wet, and mix well
Set in the fridge overnight, then take out a 1/2 hour before using to let it sit
Mold the dough into little balls depending on your size preference for the cookies
Place the dough balls onto a greased baking sheet, and squish the middle of each ball to flatten the top
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown
Let cool for 2-5 minutes before enjoying
