Cookies’n’Cream Cookies

Luciana’s recipe for cookies’n’cream cookies (aka cookie recursion)


Ingredients

1/2 cup softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
~12 oreo cookies, broken up
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit


Mix butter and sugar well, then add egg, then vanilla and mix thoroughly


In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt


Fold in the dry ingredients with the wet, and mix well


Set in the fridge overnight, then take out a 1/2 hour before using to let it sit


Mold the dough into little balls depending on your size preference for the cookies


Place the dough balls onto a greased baking sheet, and squish the middle of each ball to flatten the top


Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown


Let cool for 2-5 minutes before enjoying
